2. Wilting and distortion of leaves and young shoots
3. Development of sooty mould due to honey dew secretion.
4. It also transmits the leaf curl viral diseases.

Management

Cultural control: -

1. Collection and destruction of the infected plant parts.
2. Use yellow/blue sticky traps.
