2 Cover the leaves in a thin layer of mineral oil for a longer shine. The mineral oil provides a glossy coating for the leaves and helps prevent dust from accumulating quickly. Place drop of mineral oil on each leaf , use your fingers to spread it evenly over the top of the leaf. try this method on any type of plant. 

3 Spray a commercial plant glow product on the leaves to add shine. These sprays are specially formulated to keep your plant's leaves shiny. Spray the product liberally all over the leaves of your plants. If you are spraying outdoor plants, choose a product that is made for outdoor plants.
